Hmm. Thats interesting that it just wont crank at all...
The next thing to test is your starter. The video I posted above should tell you how, and heres a bit more about the starter itself

Try jumping the solenoid - screw driver across both screws. Report back with the findings.
Also, make sure your battery has charge
Same thing just clicks battery has a full charge. I even changed the batteries same thing

I pulled The starter out tested it works fine. That's what I thought it was to begin with. I'm not sure what else to do.

OK - so if the relay is good, starter is good, battery is good - in theory there should be crank. Two potential issues are the ignition cylinder, and ground connections.

Lift rear off ground, see if you can turn wheels by hand. The engine should turnover. Remove plug, motor will be easier to turn.

The gy6 has a centrifugal clutch on the driven pulley.

The easiest way to see if the engine is seized, is remove the sparkplug, remove the blower housing cover and turn the flywheel by hand.

Or

Remove the cvt cover and turn the variator by hand.

The wheels turn but I can't turn the centrifugal clutch at all
When you are turning the wheels, you are only turning the clutch DRUM, not the clutch itself, unless it's rusted to the drum, which is very unlikely on a gy6 clutch.

When the engine is running, the variator, belt, driven pulley, and clutch turns ALL the time.
As rpm goes up, the clutch shoes grab the drum and thats what moves the tires.

Did you pull off 1 of those covers and try moving the crankshaft by hand????

IN NEED OF 150CC GY6 MOTOR FOR GOCART!!!
They are specific to the frame.

These guys have stock to wild engines that will be a direct bolt on and go,.... IF you give them the right info of what frame you have and nobody has boogered it up.
