This is a great tutorial. In addition to a multi-meter, I would suggest picking up a 12V test light. You can work your way through the connections and harnesses with a test light to see where you're losing your hots or grounds. I've repaired a bunch of these machines this way.You need to grab your multimeter and start testing. There is an EXCELLENT video that will walk you through this step-by-step. Follow this, and you will find your issues.

Truthfully I agree because it's a wireing nightmare!!! BUT it's on a gokart my 11yr old bought so I wanna finish it for her!I personally feel the only fix for the GY6 electrical system is a can of gas and match. I don't have the patience. that's not helpful I know and apologize.

What do you mean "rest"? The electric choke on those are pretty simple plug-and-play's that do not need a lot of tuning. Are you trying to adjust that?How do I rest my enricher or can I bypass it?

Try jumping the solenoid - screw driver across both screws. Report back with the findings.Ok guys ran into a problem now when I try to stsrtthe gokart it just clicks!!!
