On mine I'm only about an inch short of the end of the clutch, Murray is about 3" short of the 4" clutch, lol...

working so far

the machinist put the extension in so tight that it holds my two clutch pieces together so there isnt a pic of the extension by itself, im having my chain put on right now, but by running it without a chain it seems to hold up fine at full throttle.

So what method did he attach the extension to the crankshaft with? Bevel and welding?

no weld, its bolted, really its a keyed spacer...

yeah, the chain is being put on by the lawn,ower shop, i should be able to ride it tomorrow.
