gx240 with a 2:1 ratio

A tav2 has a .9:1 final drive ratio, you need to decide what top speed you want then you can figure out what size sprockets by going to speed calculator, if you are going to keep the governor enter 3960 for your rpms to account for the overdrive of the tav2. I would go with the 11hp I know people can get good power out of the 6.5 but all of those extra parts cost money. I wouldn't do anything to limit the throttle because that would limit your acceleration, just leave the governor on.

That would be fine with a torque converter, but you may want to go a little smaller on the drive sprocket like a 17, for better acceleration, your cart is a tank after all.

It looks like one to me, but it shows that it's out of stock you might go with the 13hp for the same price it looks like it's a gx370 clone and judging by the specs internally it's the same as a gx340 they must just tune them different.
