I will give you a hint: It has four wheels, independent suspension all the way around, thirteen years old, runs even though it's been sitting for 4-5 years, brand starts with a ¨y¨, 400cc 5-speed engine. Try to figure it out.:)
:cheers2:

Here she is I aired up the tire after taking pics and the hold but there are slow leaks where the tire sat for a while but that's nothing tire slime won't fix

What all should i do to this atv??

Clean it up and use it as an ATV. Yamaha Big Bear is one heck of a workhorse. Not the biggest, strongest, or fastest, but they last a long time and can take some serious abuse.

We used to run big bears at work... 15+ years old, tens of thousands of miles, beat to ****, still ran like champs. They were the older 350s, but solid machines.

this one has 381 miles on it

Get it running, then run it. That thing's got a ton of life left in it.

I don't tear something apart unless I can turn it into more than it already is. If it was wrecked, I'd say go for it, but that is worth way more (both financially and practically) as an ATV.

it runs kinda already the jets on it are gunked up got like two unclogged but it will run the die but oẃell ill just get a carb for it instead of a rebuild kit cause its only 12 more dollars then some tire slime and maybe a battery cause it has a pull start and i could always have my brother pull it with his car and i just throw it into gear and start it that way if i have to

Get a battery. And I recomend getting tubes over tireslime. The wheels will rust faster and in the off chance that you take the tire off it's disgusting.20200320_195535.jpg
Old slime.

I can't find any good tubes with good reviews and they are kinda expensive so I'm just going to put slime in them and do some work and save up and get tires.

And does anyone have a atv/dirt bike helmet laying around that i could have as a b-day gift since my b-day is the 30th

If you're going to slime the tires, you should plan on running those tires till they disintegrate.

You'd seriously be better off not riding it till you can afford tires. Gotta get it cleaned up and running right first anyway!

If the tires still have good tread and aren't completely dry rotted, just buy some tubes. IMO bad tube reviews are usually the result of people ruining them during installation. No, they aren't cheap, but they're far cheaper than tires.

My Gator is sitting in the barn on dry rotted flat tires at the moment because I haven't wanted to drop money on tires just yet. ($200+ for a set of 2 rears because they're an oddball size). I could slime them to make them hold air, but that's a headache I don't want to deal with when I replace them.
