affordablegokarts.com and ebay have electric starter kits for these engines. A governor would be removed in order to gain more RPM. If you remove the governor, a new set of 18lb. valve springs and an arc billet connecting rod are highly suggested. Please read up on 4-stroke engine therory and engine basics before atempting to do any work like this.
