I kinda figured so... guy is in his 70s and prefers to trade for stuff. Im half tempted to see what he would trade for from stuff we got.

I dont know weather 125 would move my lead butt very well though. I know it would move, but with any sort of power? I only ever rode a 250 quad, bout 200ft or less... just up the road a lil ways an back... didnt even go that fast lol.

really depends on the type of engine.

an old air cooled engine is not very powerful but it will run for a very long time.

but the cc ratings dont mean they are more or less powerful because in some cases a 125cc water cooled bike is gonna be way faster than a 200-250cc air cooled.

It will move you fine. You will not be winning races and shooting rooster tails around corners. You will not do power wheel stands but you will ride all day long and have fun.

$750 way to much. $500 would be good deal for both. It looks really nice to me. Good plastics can cover up a lot of bad. Best to raise these trikes in the air on a bucket and check for loose stuff.

As long as it could move my 210lbs lead butt up the rightaway, I would be pretty happy. Rightaway is pretty steep... not quite 45', but awfull close in places...

What makes you think he meant sometime soon? Maybe he meant sometime when you moved to a nice lil place out in the dingweeds with no neighbors/cops to worry about...

Im sure you can figure something out.

i just did some searching and found some rings, they were $40 and shipping per set, not many options on sizes.

then for a piston that would be harder to find,,,,

and the cylinder will need to be bored probably but thats no big deal

If you're not already, try searching for part numbers. That way instead of just finding available parts for your specific model, you can find the specific part you want, even if it's listed as being used for a different model.

I hope that makes sense. Have you found a manual yet?

nope dont have a manual. IDK whats gonna happen to the trike. gotta find the part numbers like you said i guess.

i went riding with some kids today. brought my go kart. also got to ride the YZ125 and KTM200 again

also traded the go kart and got $20 and this mini bike... the go kart has some problems so its a fair trade

i bet you could use a 185 bayou piston/rings for it just bore it to a 185 or get the head to a 185 bayou it looks like its the same block as a 185or220 bayou so you could ether get the pistons for it (a 185 or 220)then bore it to what ever it is or use that head from a 185/220 bayou or you could find a 185or220 bayou motor and put that in it scince its shaft driven
