Hey, I have a 1994 Club Car golf cart DS. I have had it to play to golf with the guys. I already have all the cool accessories: radio, fan, cover, heater, and lights. Now I have hit the urge for speed! I'm sure anyone who owns a cart or drives one will completely understand!!! I know its not a speed machine, but i just want to have the coolest AND fastest! Everything is stock no lift, tires etc. so thats what I have to work with! Please help!!!!!!

Ok I will pictures soon as possible but I know it has 8 inch stock wheels and tires with a Kawasaki 296 OHV engine. Transmission is CVT I don't know what type specifically but I will find out if needed. Axle...... I'm pretty sure it's a Kawasaki one but I don't know.

Most golf carts use 8" rims from what ive seen, I'm pretty sure thats what he meant landuse, tires will likely be around 16-18"

:wai: Maybe its my old tired eyes. But the alignment on the belt does not look square, looks like the engine is twisted. If so getting the belt square would be the 1st thing I would work on.

Is there a chance you could find and post up a link to a diagram on the tranny and engine setup. And specs on if the tranny is geared or hydro. If its hydro your stuck and need to rethink If its geared we can talk pully swaps
