Yes the Mikuni guide says you may have to go bigger or smaller on the main jet. but how can I tell if I'm getting too much or too little? I don't know if I should go bigger or smaller sense I have no fuel pump

You should still be ok without a fuel pump. Your tank isnt lower than the carb. Those jet sizes I listed are what others have run on clone engines. Right now, I believe your carb has a 15 pilot and a 95 main. Big difference between 95 and 130.
