Why your arm shakes is because your holding the gun too tight. I have the same issue. But you have to hold it lightly. I had a death grip on the torch when I started welding.

The sixth picture looks like your welds are making some progress. Even though it'd be a pain, I'd grind off every other weld and try again. Be sure you are thoroughly cleaning the metal b/f welding since MIG welding doesn't fair well with dirty surfaces.

Agreed. With flux core people think you don't have to clean the surfaces you are welding, but you should try to clean them up as best you can.

With flux core you can get away with welding some pretty dirty metal, same with stick, mig and tig is a whole other story.

here you go the welds brake and it not good.

I thought u meant on the wheel hubs to put discs thier..

another problem with having the discs welded is u cant take the 1 disc off if u need to for some reason
ALSO the brake disc has like a star patern for going on stuff so i had to grind down the sides where the holes go i think thiers a pic so it dosnt move on the pipe that goes on the axel

and thats just a disc break off a mountain bike i for got 10bucks with a hydrolic caliper thing (im using it as a back up incase the motor cylce break fails or breaks
