Gear ratio

Hi, I'm building a mini bike with 14 in. tires. I have a 6.5 hp engine and I am going to use a centrifigal clutch. What is the best gear ratio? 60 tooth and 12 tooth?

60:12 is a fine ratio. The bigger the tires, and less teeth on the clutch + sprocket, the more speed...

i have a 5hp honda on my bike with a 1:6 [12:72] because i wanted to do wheels stands lol

but yes, 12:60 is just fine

I have a go kart with 12:72 with a 6.5 horse engine and torque converter. I wonder if I can do wheel stands lol.....wheely bar time!

12:72 WITH a torque converter and 6.5hp to back it up. couldnt somebody pleas say grunt lol.

i needa get a torque convetor for my mini bike.. hmmm...

Is 9 on drive, 46 on axle (5:1) OK? And also, is a pedal bike sprocket strong enough?
