Yeah G'day, how ya's goin? Umm i'm buying a proper go-kart chassis, like that of Azzuro & CrG! Nd i putting in a
Jianshe 110cc atv engine, wich will have to be custom fitted in!
But the point of this post was to ask bout the best type of gearing i should use, like the Sproket sizes! What size's should i use?
Cheers Tyler:cheers2:

Hi Tyler

If you can weld, cut, grind and measure then you can make anything fit.

Measure the size of your engine and then measure whether your chassis has enough space for the engine to fit. Otherwise you may have to cut up the complete rear of your chassis.

So it can be done, yes. Is it going to be hard - you'll have to determine that yourself.

I've got a 150cc engine which I wanted to put in a kart but got other plans for it now.
