Fuel Gauge for Trailmaster 150

Just picked up a Trailmaster Blazer 150 and I want to add a fuel gauge. I would rather not modify the tank or wire anything. Anyone ever tried a gas cap that fits these with a fuel gauge?

GPS used to have 150cc gas tanks with fuel guages in the cap, but I just checked, and they're sold out.
If it were me, I would just check the fuel level every once in a while. Fuel guages will be tricky without wiring or gas tank modification.

That should work, Shep.

Matching the threads on the cap and fuel tank is the only possible issue.

Had an older lawn tractor with one of those but I think the ethanol eventually ate it up (got rusty).
Stay away from ethanol!
