No pics since i just finished this weekend but I went tubular because I could get it inexpensively off mcmaster, its substantially more rigid than the 3/4" solid for about the same weight and 1" bearings were easy to get. True, I can't use a keyway so I used 1/4" spring pins to attach everything. If they shear I'll redo them with grade 8 bolts

I think it's 1/8" wall thickness. It's working fine so I'm not going to stress about it. I think I need a thicker brake rotor though, my pads are wearing to the point where they don't grab way too quickly
