Good question. Planning for ackermann, the 32 degrees you have in one direction would seem to limit the outside tire to a little under 30? Not horrible, especially for a short wheel base, but I would think less than ideal? So, l need some input from all you engineers, engineer wannabes, experienced ols geezers and just general noitalls.
how much angle should a front steering turn the wheels? Assuming straight is 0 degrees, what is adequite? 30, 45 dergees? The has to be a point of diminishing returns?
this classifed pic from the skunk works, shows what they are working on.

There is about 32-degrees in one direction or 64 degrees, for those math challenged and common core math students. At speed i only need a few degrees, but low speed turning might suffer. Its already bad due to the locked rear axle.
you guys hash this out, argue amongst yerselves, i will be MIA for a day or two.
l'm gonna have carpal tunnel surgery tomorrow, so please have this resolved when l get back.
Probably not that much. No way l'm getting 80 deg.Depends on how hard you planning on drifting

It's what I had, it fit, so WTF?Why is the bar bent
For overall improvement in steering and suspension. Wasn't happy with the old setup and its a long cold winter..;..Is this for longer suspension parts? Or clearance? Or something else?

No, l don't even think 'bout pics or any form of documentation 'til l'm half done. In the old days (before Al Gore invented the internet) we never bothered. The slaves can't be trusted to do it, they would just steal the phone. Maybe it'll get bedder, maybe it wont.I don't remember, did ya post a before pic
Especially when you only have one hand!Wasn't happy with the old setup and its a long cold winter..;..
l still have two. There was no amputation.Especially when you only have one hand!![]()
Checks calendar...good we are only 3 days into the new year, let's go for 0 ER visits this yearl still have two. There was no amputation.
Not exactly sure where this gonna end up. There is some "flexibility" in da plan. You going to be a couple inches wider in the front so rear tires follow front?

HUH? I doesn't know to what you are referring to. Please 'splain.DOESN'T SEE HOW THE ONE ON THE RIGHT WOULD TURN THE WHEELS AT ALL. IT LOOKS LIKE THE BEARING IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AXLE.
The one on the left might work as the bearing is slightly forward of the axle so there is some leverage there to turn the wheels. That's my $.02
