First time gokart builder

Hey what is an alternate for steel then some thing light but which can bear my weight Im 74kg so and what size i am thinking it to be 4 feel long and 3.5 feet wide
is this great

There is no real alternate for steel. People have tried wood, but it is definately not recommended.

3.5 ft is pretty wide, sit down on the ground, draw some shapes with chalk and make some measurements.

Ok nw m got body plans nw i am using a 100cc bike engine but how to convert the gear and clutch part do i need them...
I dont need a gear box or clutch
just need to acclerate and my with a pushof paddle

I dont really understand your question. Does the bike engine have more than one gear? if so you will need to fab a clutch pedal and a shift lever.

Ok its a motorcycle engine so like every bike it got a 4 gear and a clutch . But for my gokart i dont need a gear box is it possible to build it without a gear box dude..

Is the gearbox part of the ebgine or can it be removed? It all depends. If it came with a gearbox I would suggest keeping it on. You will get better torque off the line and a better top speed.

If you have an engine with a gearbox, it's an advantage!
There's another thread here in which the poster is trying to come up with a gearbox design because they're not available for go karts.

Use the engine with the gearbox, it'll be a lot more fun than most of us have.
