Hey all. Just knocked out my first mini bike build at it was a blast. Started a friendly competition with my dad and brother. The only rule was we had to start with a $99 HF Predator 212. I got a little carried away!

That thing looks sweet. What does the sticker on the pull starter say? I'm personally not a fan of orange but that paint job looks sweeeet! I have a strange feeling the budget on that project strayed away from that 99$ real fast :roflol:

Haha, I'm a KTM guy so I had to go with orange. It's actually a Prismatic powdercoat... "Illusion Orange"...looks great in the sun. The sticker says "Johnson Mini Bikes with HP 212" at the bottom. I had them made up.

Here is, I think, most of the build list:

Frame:
American Racer 215 frame and fork. Mostly stock, I cut and widened the rear axle mounts for the pit bike wheels.

Wheels/Brakes:
Piranha Mini Motard wheels. 12x2.5
Kenda Tires
MCP Billet Brake Calipers
Custom made brake lines

Engine:
Predator 212
Stock Crank
Real Honda GX head, milled .065" - final comp ratio ~12.5:1
Wiseco flat top piston
ARC Billet Rod
ARC Billet side cover
Billet lifters
Chromoly Push Rods
Gage 1.3 roller rockers
Dual Springs and titanium retainers
Billet Valve cover from NR Racing
Stepped header and "muffler" from NR Racing
Real 24mm Mikuni

Drive:
HRM Billet jackshaft
Noram GE Ultimate clutch

Tank:
From spunaluminumgastanks.com
Honda pulse fuel pump

I think that about does it!

I knew I forgot something! It's got a Dyno F-275 cam. Pulls and starts easily. And an ARC billet short fin flywheel. It's scary fast actually lol

Great work I really like the way everything went together. That paint job looks nice. Can you tell me the name and brand of the brakes and where I might find them. Thanks.

They are the MCP 650EP calipers. I bought mine from Comet Kart Sales.

They are motard wheels made by Piranha for their pit bikes. Found them at Wholesale Cycle.
