Still waiting for the motor to get here... Also collecting supplies to attempt at building the swing arm myself. Also working on getting new tires and wheels and a rear axle. Gonna take some time but still working on it..

The same exact yerf dog kart COMPLETE for only $50!! The engine has a broken camshaft but I don't mind since I have the motorcycle engine! Having to buy all the rear components was going to cost hundreds and I got the complete kart for $50! I was so stoked!!!

Does anyone know if it's possible to repair a Tecumseh 6.5 HP model OH195EP-71805B camshaft? If so where can purchase one and see how to fix it? I want to use this engine to get my gramps little kart going again if I can. Thanks

A shifter can be a simple as two bit of tube & a few bolts that'll cost you a couple of dollars, it all depends on your imagination :)

Well, I just can seem to imagine it in my head lol.

Also, got a wiring diagram for my engine earlier thanks to someone at kzrider.. Now I just need to decipher it and see if I can get my engine going.

Oh, wait; your engine will be mounted on the swing arm won't it? In which case, forget my idea, that's for a rigid setup so, yes, you'll have to use a cable setup. Google search "morse cable"

You can still fab the actual shifter though.
