Threads automatically close after 6 months of inactivity; as long as you post within that time, the thread will stay open...

In the event that it is inactive for more than 6 months, simply PM myself or another mod & we will unlock it; once unlocked, a locked thread will relock after 24 hours of inactivity...

Ok thanks for the info mod. I will still try doing some stuff, but no new parts will be ordered for a while. Im now trying to find how to install the seat. I have 2 struts. Do they go on the sides of the seat, then the ones in front will bolt under the seat?

I still have to dremel the sprocket lol.

It's relatively simple, either a couple of pieces of flat stock with a hole drilled in them )or a round tube with the ends flattened) & welded in the correct positions...

Soooo im getting the sawzall tomorrow to cut part of the front bumper so ill have room for the pedals. Im trying to think if i put a washer between the pedals, itl still allow pedal movement..?

I would just get an angle grinder and you can use it for way........ more things. BTW that is a really nice kart. Those back wheels are stanced. And I love shifter karts.

Well my mom has a sawzall and im just borrowing it lol. The front guard is the only thing that needs cutting as of now. And thanks man! Yea i love how wide they are. Sucks i have to get another set as it dont hold air for more than a day or something. Theyre expensive as ****!
