Hello, I'm new to go karts so I'm hoping to find reputable online retailers for parts. I have two:

Kandi 150GKA-2 (2016 model year)

and what I think is a Manco of some sort.

Welcome to the addiction. I found a lot depends on what parts you need. I get my replacement engine parts from a couple of sources. GoPowerSports, Motorsports max and BMI karts are just a couple that I use. Not everyone will have every part you need. It would be nice but I shop around for best prices and quality. I try to avoid Ebay and Amazon because of past experiences with junk parts.

Might also check OMBWarehouse and MFG Supply. OMBWarehouse simply has a TON of parts, and MFG Supply has more general parts, so you better know the dimensions and whatnot of the part you need.

I like GoPowersports a lot, especially for Manco parts. They are competitive on pricing and reasonable on shipping. I have had parts shipped, even though I can be there in 15-20 minutes. I've met the crew and they are a great bunch of guys.

A member here once said that to get around BMI shipping gouge, place your order by phone and put them on the spot, and suddenly they figure out a cheaper rate.

I'm near the Metroplex area and have a few cousins in Keller. Someday when I get another project with probably Predator power, I'll probably drop by GoPowerSports in person.
