Oh and the delivery went fine until the front wheel fell off.
it didn't actually fall off, but it came lose. There was a miscommunication between the design/ engineering dept. and the production floor. After a brief meeting of all dept. heads,the sourceif the failure was identified as failure to complete proper proceedure.
Also failure recieve proper training. The solution is to terminate the new employee and give all dept. heads ahealthy bonus.
in addition the video production dept. is claiming equipment failure, in english that means operator error.

After all the dept. heads conveyed and deep investigating studies, was it discovered that the production dept. failed to tighten the nut on the axle?

It was more involved than that.
Since it is a conversion from a pedal bike.
The engineering dept had to contract with Ghetto Fab inc, to design a high tech axle/ foot peg. Cuz the hub had a one piece bearing/sprag thingy, it was necessary to have an axle 20mm on one side and 17mm on the other.
The whole axle/wheel assembly is held in place by a clam shell thingy.
Revision 438 is complete and should be the end if it.

I've seen bull horn foot pegs on drift trikes that attach to the frame, that way they don't move with the steering.

After some problems with the front wheel coming loose, the Engineering Dept made a final fix. The Trike has been delivered and the Smile is BIG! One happy Kid. He is the envy of the neighborhood kids. The drifting has to wait until Dad gets the PVC skins.

Here is an update!
the custimer took delivery of this near the end of the year.
he runs this thing so much, he is on the 3rd set of tires.
now the chain is worn out, So much as to be getting noisey.
