It should do that. It depends on the tyre diameter as well as the weight of the kart, but you should reach those speeds

you could try the 4hp with tc first because they seem to double the power! you may need some gearing changes, but a 6.5hp with a tav2 could manage 35mph.

suppose i add a brand new (racing) intake along with the TC. what do you think the 4hp will be able to get up 2?

well you could add a straight pipe, race air filter, remove the governor, and rejet the carb and that might get it to push out around 5-5.5 hp. (dont take my word for it) and then with the tc you should be fine.

but you could also do the above things to a 6.5hp engine and get even more power with the tc
