Yeah-there's a few options there. It's prupose is to ventilate the crankcase, and allow the excess vapours to re-enter the carb for emissions control. You can attach a specialty filter or even a cheapie fuel filter to it, venting to the atmosphere. You can find a way to connect it to your new airbox, if applicable. At any rate, keep it mind that there is the ODD chance of junk getting in or oil getting out, so keep it high, and filtered.
