What to do with this hose?

Hi, I just purchased a performance air filter kit from AFG. What do I do with the hose that used to connect to the airbox? (circled in green). Its not my kart, but I have the same motor.

The sale filters for those. I just used some of my old ladies nylons lightly stuffed into the hole.

Yeah-there's a few options there. It's prupose is to ventilate the crankcase, and allow the excess vapours to re-enter the carb for emissions control. You can attach a specialty filter or even a cheapie fuel filter to it, venting to the atmosphere. You can find a way to connect it to your new airbox, if applicable. At any rate, keep it mind that there is the ODD chance of junk getting in or oil getting out, so keep it high, and filtered.

Seems pretty overpriced for what you get, you can find a similar filter on Ebay or at your local auto parts store for much cheaper (no shipping cost if bought locally also).
