I have no idea whether you do or do not have a learning disability. I have nothing against you and most of the things I say about anyone I'm just joking about or being sarcastic. Heck, I think you're a pretty smart kid! I'm sure others think so too.
I wouldn't go up to someone that I straight up knew had a problem and call them retarded to their face, I'm a reasonable person. If what you said is true, then I'll apologize publicly here.
