It's called "manifold chicken ".....here in Texas....in the summertime, we just put it on the dashboard.....park tha caw....and it's ready at lunchtime!

Funny you should mention that....the stars must be aligning....I picked up some cactus when I picked up the crab..and this reminds me of the tacos I used to make and wrap in foil and put on my dashboard.

I was just gonna make cactus and tomatoes....but now I'm going to make tacos!
