Well here she is all completed. I started this project about 3 months ago and the end results were great. Did an engine rebuild with upgrades to a total brake down of every part on the kart. Did all sanding and painting myself. With several new parts that she needed.

I installed new cam,valve springs, new head with a fire slot in it, 3 stage header, K&N air filter with a velocity stack. I had to modify the stack to fit the newer style carb. Engine sounds really nice with the header.
Respond time on take off is great seems like the kart wants to wheely up.
