So I've modified my Coleman ct200u and back when I did it, I was a pretty big noob about modifying this stuff. Basically, I screwed up a lot of things. So here are two of my main problems on the bike. First off, I've lost the rear bearing on the sprocket side, I don't even remember how I lost it or what happened to it. Do the rear tires even have bearings or is it something else? I ordered a new set of them too from this site but these aren't the right size for the rear.http://www.monsterscooterparts.com/...n-ct200u-mini-bike/6203zz-6203z-bearings.html
Second, the bolt that goes through the steering column's bolts keeps breaking. I've gone through about 4 bolts, (the original one's threads got stripped and all the others either snapped or stripped as well) and actually went and bought a new grade 8 8 inch bolt today and if that breaks I plan on ordering the original bolt off of this website: http://shopping.na3.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.3546502/sc.27/category.18308/.f
So why do you guys think these bolts keep breaking? Every time they break I have to go to ace hardware cause they're the only local store that has bolts close to that size. I hope the grade 8 bolt I have in it now will last for a long time, I bought 3 extra so if it does break I have a backup
Which I've also wondered has anyone ever heard/used/ordered anything off of that NetSuite site? It's been useful for diagrams but I haven't ordered anything off of it.
I'm wondering the legitimacy of that NetSuite website because if its actually from Coleman and ordering stuff works, that would open a new world for modifying these ct200u by ordering the ct200u-ex front fork assembly and using them on the ct200u's. + I've never heard of anyone using that website for stuff so that's why I'm curious.
Thanks for replying!
