Oh okay yes Im going to put a 40 series tc and keep the wheels and ratio 5.4:1 wheel size is 19 inch on back wheel. Will that fix the problem and if anyone is selling one that works then please pm me.
19 will still be a slight stretch, but I would go with it and see what happens. You can get a knock off 40 series on eBay for about $110

Yes. We have not heard anything bad about them. As long as you use the genuine comet belt you should be fine

Installing a tc will help keep that chain off the frame, maybe even make room to install a larger axle sprocket too. It would be a great move.

Well....we aren't all bad. But after barely dodging Canada...on the way back home I saw a guy in New York with this weird looking clutch go about 10' with a gokart before he lost his chain.
