Go everything in. Gonna try to install everything either friday or saturday. Anyone have any advice or tips for me? Ill post pics if I run into any problems, but hopefully everything will go fine.

Set up the jackshaft. Put all the parts together including the driven unit, and figure out placement. CRITICAL STEP: be sure that wherever you put it, the distance from the center of the PTO shaft to the center of the jackshaft is bang on spec. Otherwise, you'll never get it to perform properly.

You may have to weld some rails or a crossmember or something in place. Toss up a pic or two, and well have a look.

You may have to add some bracketry/framing. Also- if there's room forward of the engine, put it there. It doesn't matter whether the driven is ahead or behind (or above or below for that matter...

just curious if this clutch would work? Its the 6th clutch down. Called the enforcer.

That clutch would work, but it would be a POOR second best next to the Comet 40 series that you are now selling. I know that it requires some fab work to set up that you weren't bargaining on, but it really is the best setup.

With the centrifugal clutch, you will probably have to gear your kart lower than what it is now. That means getting a larger axle sprocket, and a 10T clutch. You want to gear lower than 6:1 if you want to do ANY sort of off-road/grass riding

Getting a larger axle sprocket might also put you in jackshaft territory due to ground clearance. You will then just be back at square one with having to fabricate a jackshaft. If that is the case, then you might as well have just done the same for the Comet 40 series, because that is all you need now to get it working
