Clutch Sprocket Chain
Some manufacturer info:
(For maximal reliability parameters - wear-out, noise, stability etc.)
Normal distance B.C. of two sprockets is 40xpitch.
(100% performance)
Minimal distance B.C. of two sprockets is 20xpitch.
(85% performance)
Small crankshaft sprocket is highly recommenced with odd number of teeth minimal 17T. For tensing sprocket is best 13T.
The more RPM the less small sprocket pitch and more teeth.
(For hi-torque is using double/triple sprocket.)
Big sprocket is better odd too but little than even.
Chain is highly recommenced with even count of links.
(include connect link)
Chain can elongate between 1-2% in inruning.
(More than 2% indicate you need replace chain)
Correct deflection of chain at half B.C. distance:
20xp 11mm
40xp 23mm

Using Hillard Extreme Duty Centrifugal Clutch #35 12T.
On his video I dont see any trouble with clutch.
Only purchase 60T sprocket guard.
So, I look forward to my Hilliard #40/41.
I will use #40 chain.
