I would. Then you can check it out. If that reveals nothing, I would then look at the condition of the bearings.

I noticed there are two bearings (numbers 28 and 31, respectively) that support the spindle inside the quill. Maybe one of those is lunched? That would explain the wobble, and could be caused by the excessive vibration you described from notching tubes with holesaws.
