Thanks for the reply. My son will never be riding this without supervision. It will not be driven on anything other than pavement. Its very heavy and has a extremely low center of gravity and the width in nuts, roll over would be crazy to do. Anything is possible of course. And these are the items im using. All #35. 10T motor sproket and the bmi 2 piece # 35 axle sproketDo not put seatbelts in that thing! In a roll over he will break his neck! As it sits now he will just break both legs very badly. Those bars above his legs will not let him safely eject in an accident. He will get hurt. I’m ashamed at you guys for not pointing it out to him sooner! While the kart looks very cool it is unsafe with that shopping kart on there like that! But it can be made safe and still keep the shopping kart.
Now for your other little problem. I prefer spacers over the axle to keep everything centered. Are you sure all your sprockets and chain matches?
