Chain is super rough on start but smooths out at higher speed

So, I've always had this issue but I always found a easy issue such as a missalligned chain, chain tension, and a bent sproket. I belive I have fixed my chain tension and I have replaced my sproket and clutch but it still is rough. I've checked for stiff links and there doesn't appear to be any so im not sure what is wrong with it.

(I'm not sure how to upload videos)

Videos are uploaded from a URL with the "filmstrip" media icon.
Aside from that, more photos would be nice. Looks to me like the chain is way too tight in photo #1 but, that's just one measly photo

Btw since I forgot to state my issues. My issue is that on first acceleration my chain is really janky and rough but when it gets up to speed it soomths out as shown in the second video.

That’s a shame because I found everything after the 20 second mark more interesting than the first 20 seconds.
Are you keeping the chain oiled?
Are the sprockets and chain the same pitch?
Yes I oil the chain every few rides and both the sproket and clucth are #35 chain

Show us an unobstructed side view of the clutch and driven sprockets.

You must have some chain slack between two sprockets for trouble free operation. Every motorcyclist and one speed bicyclist knows this. Even with a chain tensioner, there is still slack that the tensioner takes up just as there is with a 10 speed bicycle and its derailleur.

I also suspect your clutch is not happy with the chain that tight. Since it smooths out at speed, it might be that the clutch finally reached full engagement. Loosen your chain, ride it and report back with your results, please?

How old is this chain?
Chains wear out. My 2 year old chain (#40H)
Was streched 2 links in length.
The terminology streched + length while obvious helps to increase the difficulty for Denny to post up one of his smart azz remarks.
I have set a fine example for beginners, by refusing to post up wise cracks , sarcasim and the like. It saddens me to see such behavior!
I'll withold reporting this for now!
Take notice!

The chain is probably a couple of months old but I dont ride my kart often because of the lack of time. Im sure its still in fair shape because I also lubricate it. I just reajusted my chain tension to a point that I thought would be good it was a tiny bit looser than what I had before and tested and it was still the safe clunky rough start. Also, I found when I am going slow speeds and I floor it it also clunks. I just really confused because I used a yard stick with a flat edge and the sproket and clutch line up perfect.

How much weight and horsepower are you asking that chain to handle?
#35 chain may be overloaded?
Just seeking info to best guess what may be wrong....
