yeah i was gona work on that soon.. im welding the mounts up dont ask how i made em lol 3 peices of angle iron ahaha well im gona weld them up.. then there gona be bolted to the frame solid. and the diff is going to be welded up either tomorrow or the next day. depending which ones warmer and if i can get my unchle or dad to help me improve my mig welding! ill have to get some more pics of my welds..

Mig welding is pretty easy. When you weld the diff make sure your at max heat, what size mig do you have access too? those spiders are pretty thick.

yup i know im doing all the prep work today. ima power wash the diff when i get off my lazy but.

Dont bother powerwashing, just use a rag and some gas then wash it off in the sink so she dont catch fire.

I acctualy ran out of gas..... so yeah ill just power wash it... Or i can just say it and weld it with chunks of grease on and then catch my pants on fire again....

ouchhhhhh. that one must have sucked. Im suprised i havent forgotten to put my welding helmet down when i begin to weld yet ahaha.

Alright i needed to show my dad that site earlyer and it wasnt on my comp which i got it book marked and i didnt wana turn my comp on. thanks.

Been there done that except the flaming grease fell on my hand.

Back prolly 5 years ago or so I was under my car welding up a flange on the exhaust, anyways long story short jack was broken so I didn't have it up high and after I stopped welding i still saw light like a flame... I couldn't move my head because the car wasn't raised up enough anyways looked down and my hoodie was on fire haha.

Yes it is thanks man!

I think im going to make a guide soon for how to race prep a transaxle... ill be welding it up tomorrow!
