N my dad runs a machine shop so I have the stuff needed to bend stuff and weld ect

I wouldn't buy anything that was or camr from China. Imo its all tensil steel junk that you'll have to wrench on every 5 min or it may break in 5 min.

I have no problem with chinese gear, just be aware that their quality control varies, much like lots of US-made stuff from 20-40 years ago. And there's nothing wrong with 'tensil steel' (I'm assuming you mean 'low-tensile steel'), depending on the application.

Then, before very long at all- you're going to stop buying stuff altogether. China has a huge manufacturing and export sector, and North America is a huge buyer and growing daily. More is made in China than you may think. You might want to start reading the fine print on everything you buy.

Despite a lot of bad stuff, it may also surprise you to find that there's some pretty high-quality stuff coming out of China, too.

So, you'll forgive me for saying so, but the above was a pretty ignorant statement (in the traditional sense of the term, meaning "uninformed")
