Lately i've been feeling so inclined to go out and spend a whole lot of money for some gas so i can MIG weld... the slag and other crap that's left behind after flux-core is annoying.
But as ugly as this stuff looks its solid

Alright guys so ive once again turned my attention over to the engine i pulled the cylinder and head and piston to look for wall scoring and such the cylinder was perfect and it has around 152 psi compression im starting to think its the pick up coil or the ignition coil because the spark is weak and i barely even felt it when i got shocked haha any ideas???

Compression sounds good. If you really want to see if it is properly sparking you clean the spark plug, rest your tongue on the ignitor and have a friend turn the engine over. Then you will know (and have a sore tongue). :horse:

No but seriously even on a lil 49cc engine of mine I get a big enough shock to make me jump. You should probs check the coil like you said, and maybe cdi.

hey everyone i know its been a while since i've posted anything but unfortunately i'm at the point where im going to have to start buying most of the parts like the heim joints i'm using instead of the big bulky steering knuckles and the parts for the engine. after all that's done ill probably be done...i think so ill try my best to update when necessary
