The live axle that I got has a 3 bolt hub and they are both a 78mm spacing so it should work

I don’t know about anyone else but I read his updates just hoping he has found or got off his wallet and buys/builds a metal frame. The first time it gets left out in the rain the wood will probably expand/crack/split. Not to mention if he hits a bump it’ll split in two. Sorry mr McRib but I wouldn’t even ride/coast that down a steep or gradual slope. (Maybe when I was younger)

that's fair to say, truth is, I've ridden sketchier wooden go-karts which were basically just a 2 by 4 with 2 going across with wheels attached, rode it down a hill going about 20 miles an hour and the thing flipped as I tried to stop with no brakes by turning left and right gradually, luckily I was wearing a helmet so I didn't get to bang up but I'm here now and Fine. But when this frame breaks I'll probably put all the expensive stuff on a metal frame and there will be a thread about that probably.

Actually, my parents are on board with this, as long as I don't go past 15 mph, and they have access to this account, also where would I build it if my parents didn't know there isn't anywhere i could go to do it with the quarantine stuff going on. After I ride it down a hill I will probably put Steel reinforcements underneath the kart and keep the plywood as floorboards.

I don't have a lot of money, I started this project with 100 dollars, and a live axle kit so most of this money I earn from yard work and it takes time for packages to deliver

Ok.... Take this from a guy who's a scrounger, bit of a wheeler-dealer and eclectic tinkerer...(my self that is)...
Get out there and start looking about.. travel the block and look around in empty lots, construction areas(DONT STEAL ANYTHING, ASK, THEY'LL MOST LIKEY GIVE IT TO YOU FOR FREE), ect.... if your brave enough go to some small shops that work in stuff your looking for...

This is the way of the pick..... Always keeping your eye out.....

That one above, is actually a good start for look at an idea if a welder it totally out of the question....

So... post what you got..... get serious, and we'll help you get rolling...... keep in mind its going to be a little bit, and you must be patient.
