This engine was from an edger (most likely a 2hp) someone had set out for the scrappers. The recoil starter cover came off a vertical shaft mower. We had to drill the output shaft for the clutch retaining bolt.
The minibike frame is a Monster Moto 80.
The carb is from amazon
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T59MBW7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I made the manifold from the carb to engine
The clutch was from a Ct200 Coleman that we converted to a TAV30
I made the gas tank using oval auto exhaust pipe.
The exhaust pipe/header is made from 3/4" electrical conduit and a 1/2" pipe threaded section welded on
