Brand new predator won't run

Your gearing is not your issue. I'm using **** near the same setup, and I have no issues.

I have 18 inch wheel/tire combo though.

Can you post some pictures of this bike? You mentioned in your first post about a brand new gas tank, I assume you meant you are not using the stock tank but rather a remote mounted tank. Does this new gas tank have a breather?

Sure I’ll have to do it later though as I’m having trouble uploading from my phone. Correct I’m using a universal fit motorcycle gas tank, about 2.4L volume I think. Nope it doesn’t have a vent, only two openings are the cap itself and the port from the petcock. Also my engine is tilted forward slightly so I don’t believe my carb is 100% level

You need a vent! Consider maybe drilling a very small hole in the cap to allow it to vent.
