I bought a kart with solid axle and I don't know how to get these hubs off.

That's a spacer between hub and bearing or just a piece of 3/4 tubing

neither.. that's the hub!
the hub has a tubesection (the thing you refere to.. with a keyway) and the flange to mout the wheel.
welded.. one piece... the hub


How to remove it...

well penetrating oil and patience...
maybe some heat.. and maybe some force..

force: wedge a piece of wood between the kart frame (bearing retainer and frame tube) and the hub, thread on a nut to the axle (flush with the axle to protect the threads) and hit it with a hammer to drive the axle out of the hub.
But first.. penetrating oil and patience!

when it comes to thing like this..... Heat is the best thing.... heat with a torch and itll come off no problem....
Or use the liquid wrench and wait....

Got it! So what now? Does key come out? I don't know much about live axles.

it should come out.. more penetrating oil and patience.. (I know.. boring right?)
and again some heat and force to speed this up.

If you have a small flathead screwdriver that you could risk breaking... you can use that as a chisel to try to get under the key to help spreading the penetrating oil a bit faster.

Heard about an article of penetrating oil comparison and tranny fluid and acetone mixed was the best by 200% to the comparable one. WD40 being almost the worst. Heard it two days ago. Seams legit from the source I heard it from.

Acetone flashes off so quickly, I can hardly imagine it does anything.

I used transmission fluid and clr for some old chains

Regular dish soap breaks the surface tension of water, I'd bet it does just the same for oil (tranny fluid) and doesn't evaporate.

Use this.
I borrowed a neighbor's gear puller and it was effortless.
I had both off in 10 minutes.

Some auto parts places will loan you one, too.
