Threads like these should remind us all to take our stuff apart once in a while. Just to keep this from happening.

...and coat the parts in a light layer of anti-seize!

Not necessarily the threaded parts, but the items that look like they would be the easiest to remove. The smooth parts held in place by nuts, keys or set (grub) screws. Those are the ones that seem to be the most deceiving.
