bolt holding on clutch help

the bolt going into my shaft holding my clutch in keeps coming un screwed.. I have a lock washer on it what should I do.

Never go anywhere without blue loctite.

when I try to tighten it the shaft starts to spin so I cant get it real tight

then what you need to do is take out the spark plug and stick thick rope down itm then pull and itll soon lock up, then you can tighten it, or its either the wrong sort of thread of bolt, or dosent tighten down that much,

Nope, just pull the starting rope out a bit, maybe 6" or so, and then tighten it. This should keep the shaft still.
