212cc
NR 280- series cam (0411 I think, 104 Intake Center Line, 111 degree lobe separation angle)
10.5 :1 CR
E-85
AMR300 Stoppid Fan
Maybe 5-10 psi boost
30mm Flatslide Carb
TAV2 with 7” Driven
I think it has13” tire in the rear
42T 1/2” pitch sprocket
Maybe a 8T front sprocket

5.25 :1 sprocket ratio
13” Tire
7” driven
with range 3.13 to 1 in Low to 1.12 to 1 in High
16.4 : 1 in lowest “gear” (3.13 :1)
5.9 : 1 in highest “gear” (1.12 :1)

I believe I wanted cruising RPMs above 5k RPM to make enough voltage to charge the battery, but under 6500 RPM so the Kohler cast flywheel is less likely to fall apart.

in High Gear. 5.9 :1
5000 RPM is 32 mph
6500 is 42.

I think I have a rev 6500 limiting coil

I should have the beans for 40 mph I hope… Then maybe try a bigger front sprocket if I can.

I think that’s about 108lbs so far
Then still got to add forks, handle bars, engine, 2x hydraulic brake calipers, 16AH battery, gas tank, fuel pump, seat, lines, wires, bolts, chain, belts, lock collars…

Maybe 200 lbs wet plus me at 175 lbs =

375 lbs

I asked if you had figgerd the final weight. All i really wanted was yes or no.
documentation is not required.
If yer scale tops out @ 25 and you have something that weighs more, then just weigh it twice.

don't forget to weigh the nuts, bolts and washers and any other hardware, fluids, paint etc.

The curb weight of a Honda Trail 125 is 256 lbs with 1.4 gallons of gas… so we are less than that. I believe they get around 100 miles per tank… 70 miles per gallon ?

“Heavy is good. Heavy is reliable. If it doesn’t work you can always hit him with it”

Got to love Guy Ritchie lines. Lol
