Northern Tool doesn't sell jack for Go kart stuff anymore like they did 10+ years ago. Outside of a few clutches, mini bike and go kart kits, they have nothing. Guess it wasn't popular enough. I use to be able to find parts no problem back then, but now you have to order online to get them.

Wish I had built my Kart a decade or longer ago at this rate. GPS doesn't have free shipping until you have over $200 being shipped out...kind of sucks. So kind of have to bulk buy with them.

Northern tool doesnt sell go kart parts in their stores not because they weren't popular, its actually the opposite. Northern tool was so popular that little kids that couldn't afford their parts would walk in the store, pull the parts out of a package, or take the part itself, then walk out of the store, conveniently without paying. I spoke with a manager of northern tool as northern tool was shutting down and clearancing all of ther go kart parts. It was a chain wide shutdown of all in store parts, only selling stuff through their online store.

Just think of all the kids that ask how to buld a go kart for $50/free and then find out that that hillard extreme duty clutch is $50, easier to 5 finger discount it than to pony up and pay a couple hundred in parts to make one.

Jeez, I guess I was the only kid that didn't walk out with go kart parts. But still, online it's slim pickings for parts from Northern.

Northern has everything. Everything that is.. to build the Azusa Kit they sell., with a couple wheel and gear options. no more no less

There are other Azusa dealers, Go karts USA for example. And they have all sorts of parts.
I would prefer to deal with a Kart company than a Mail order tool sales company anyway.

I'd just skip the middle man and buy directly from Azusa at that point, unless I can get the part cheaper elsewhere.

That works too. sometimes their Distributors are actually cheaper!

That is the way it should be, Manufacturers should not undercut their Distributors
