So I acquired a CT200U that I want to put my 420cc in it... I had every intention of grinding off the old engine plate and welding in a new one for the big block and call it a day. Randomly I searched for the engine plates and I found this on NRRacing.

http://www.nrracing.com/product-p/mbplate-390.htm?CartID=1

Seems to be the same thing as what I use for the Baja engine adapter but for big blocks. Anyone use this, I am tempted to get it and just reinforce the current mount and bolt this on so in case I wanted to go back to the 196cc it as simple as bolts and done.

Just wanted to see if anyone has used this and what they think of it.

On a separate note I know the Predator fuel tank will not fit, what remote gas tank options do I have? Saw some that use a 97cc tank mounted under the seat but I have to measure clearances once the engine is mounted in there.

Thanks,
Daniel

Oh the 420 is going on there one way or another :). I may just bite the bullet and order it, $75 is a big gamble but worth it.

You could mount a spun aluminum tank or other external tank. Even on the back of the mini bike behind the seat looks good.

Excellent thanks, just placed the order today!
I am still mulling ideas over for a gas tank, cannot make up my mind which look to go for :).
