The vibration from the motor will move the choke arm, but wont actually move the butterfly... Atleast that what mine does.

Next time you take the plactic part off the carb, look at how the choke arm is, I think theres a lil spring in there somewhere that keeps it from closing...

on mine it was just a small post that went into the choke butteryfly and when you pushed it it moved, id just rubber band it open when you go riding

yeah but what keeps it open? seems like something fell out.

ill go take it apart soon and see if replacing it with another one i have helps.

i might be using a K&N style filter, with a larger main jet.

on my clone the choke butteryfly was stiff enough for it not to move, it didnt move it all, all that happened was my choke lever fell off, even with your finger its still a bit tough to move, and i beleive it snaps into place and full choke and no choke

The choke lever on those engines can get worn and require a shim of sorts if moving too easily. A layer of glue dried or a pop can cut and placed in might help, something to add resistance as it slides.

ive had it rubber banded for today. you need 2 hands to start the engine but thats no big deal. ill get it fixed like blaz said soon when i have some free time.

i have an hour of footage from today and i am almost out of time for the night so i took a small preview out that im going to post and then the rest should be up within the next week...... you have no idea how long it takes to edit an hour of HD film...

some pics. and yeah i crashed lol.... not too bad.

blaz was right, this bike is a monster with the TC.

kept up fine with the big boys.

HAHAHAHAHA, at least it wasn't bad, and you were having fun while getting hurt! No steering while doing wheelies eh? LOL, I had a nice patch of road rash there from sliding on pavement at 35MPH..... in a T-shirt! :ack2:
