Now just to make sure when removing the govenor i dont have to upgrade anyother part unless i upgrade the valve springs right? Because the valves start to flutter at a certain rpm which would act like a rev limiter correct? For the exhaust i was wondering where i could just by a premade one. Dont feel like making my own. For the muffler a briggs and stratton straight type would work and make it quiter?

Ok. Just wanted to make sure. So it is safe to remove governor with out upgraded other parts. I will remove if i feel the speed isnt enough.

Im using a 12 tooth clutch with a 72 rear would this provide decent enough torque on dirt road? This would equal a 6to1 ratio

One thing i gotta say about the throttke on the predator is it sticks right out of the box so you gotta add a stronger spring to the throttle lever. I took the ground to the knee. Lost control and barely missed a parked car. Used my knee to turn the bike. Rear wheel barely missed.

Adding a 9lb spring to the throttle arm hopefully it works better

And about me worrying if tye ratio would have enough torque it has more than enough and probably has a high top speed too

Just my 2c worth.....but if it were me, I would rather get a smaller clutch sprocket or larger axle sprocket. I hate the idea of messing with the governor. So many things can get affected when you open up an engine

If you don't want the throttle to stick, then loosen the bolt tightening down the lever. I had to do this on mine.
