baja dirt bug

i have a new baja dirt bug it does not want to throttle up good and i think th stock carb is the same as a honda carb i was thinking of replacing it with a tilloston carb?

good or bad idea thanks

i found out that the spark plug is not the right one if i got the right one so im gonn try it and see what happens thanks also my motor spit oil out the breather should i disconnect it from the filter

but it drips and theres a little puddle on the floor each time

yeah i replaced the plug and the engine still runs bad i think that there is blow by and the dripping is from that

ehhh hes a new guy we gotta kinda be light on him.... hes like the new puppy... young enough we cant stick its nose in its own crap cause it craped on the carpet but old enough to eat the couch....

there left open which im fine with but bashing on another persons bike in another post isnt cool..... im sure you wouldnt like it if you had a old thread about something you worked hard on then someone came around and called it a pos and stuff like that.... or started adding useless stuff to a dead post that really has no reason to be there...

Try leaving the choke on a little and see if that fixes it..Ours seems to like it about 1/2 way on..Before that it would almost always die if you opened the throttle quickly...Some DBs have a air mixture screw that you can adjust to richen the mixture.
