Cool ! So don’t take this the wrong way but what is the point of 4 wheel drive on a street kart? I would think it’s a whole lot of time and money for small gains if any.. but if it’s just something you want to build just cause it hasn’t been done all the power to ya!!

65 horses at the wheel ;)
And if I'm not mistaking it too comes with a Yoshi plug,
you have it already? care to post a pic?

But for all I know the Ninjas are throughout meant as revvers (peak torque up in the 7k rpms),
if I think about it the sv650 is quite similar and so is the CBR500R *headscratch*
I know no modern day slow turner *shrugs*

aaanyways, a slow turner might make for a much nicer ride,
and more importantly a much quicker yet smoother take off :D

IDK would need to find one first and compare the torque curves to know for sure ;)

PS duceduce, if you ever sat in a 911 4S you perfectly know why you want 4wd on the road :D

yeah I know...
they pull off effortlessly when my 4cyl needs even more throttle twisting
(my peak torque's at 10k or such stupid value)
Much nicer city bike or for some serpentining up a hill ...

All I'm saying is that at the lower rpm your peak torque is
(well say 80% of it being available at the low rpm)
the easier it is for the engine to wind up the phalanx of diffs ..
(and the quicker you go ;))

I'll have new better rims and tires next week that bolt right up to my existing hubs and will have breaks on knuckles.

Hoping to have front end welded and have that assembly complete.

Pics soon I swear!

No welding done yet.

I have my shell body coming this weekend.

also purchased a 2013 ninja 650r for $650 that was at a dealership and is being shipped to me mid September.

Figured I would hold off on doing any fab until all of the necessary parts are on hand to reduce rework and save time, material and $.

What brand of brushcutter do you make? I just got out of the land clearing business. We had a ground shark but never used it. Cimaf head was way better, even at mowing grass.

Hey I think it would look even cooler if you made it with off-road wheels ands tires was because it would be a monster. but also I think swappable off-road and slick would be insane, just think of the AWD dirt donuts you could pull off LOL! Also if your doing a body it needs to be a Subaru or something.
