Okay so I have decided to take my yerf dog go-kart and add the front end of my ATV frame that I turn off to it and I plan on using the steering system from the ATV instead of the one provided with the yerf dog my problem that I'm running into now is the ATV steering column is more vertical like straight up and down and I need it to be angled like the yerf dogs previous steering setup so how would I go about customizing or adjusting/modifying the straight up and down steering column into an angled steering column. and the pictures I provided it shows the current steering column which I know is to the right but I'm going to remove it and I'll make it a centered steering column and you can see the black steering column on the Atv frame in the front which I plan on shopping part of the year of dog frame off so I can better adjust the ATV frame to the go-kart to make the steering column closer to the seat but don't know how to angle the steering column of the ATV any help

Ooookaaay, that blurb of words has almost no punctuation, so it is very hard to understand your problem.

Wait..
you're saying you don't know how to tilt a steering shaft, but are confident to
weld an ATV front end to a gokart in order to improve it?

Frankly, that's like saying you can win a formula one race without knowing how to drive at all.

Sounds very much like a brain fart to me...

Anywhoo:

rip the steering shaft out of the ATV front,
tilt the lower bearing (bushing likely) to accomodate a new shaft
fit it, weld a new pitman arm in (or in case it's a rack and pinion, tilt that to match the steering shaft angle)
and make a upper steering shaft bushing where needed... done!

(And that would be the easiest part of making a conversion like this work)

Aligning the new front to be true and straight, and adjusting the steering geometry to a point where it matches the kart size is a lot bigger can of worms to be opened up...

Have fun!

The steering shaft angle is the only difference, as the both have have tie rods running from shaft to spindles. Look at the lower ends while watching how the tie rods move. This should tell you what you need.
